Always be sure and do the research before considering changing districts. For example I noted a district that had many signs of glowing colors academically. As I explored the site, I could easily investigate the district’s history and present state. I read board meeting minutes, professional development plans, structure of faculty, recent newsletters, assessment profiles, etc. A website can provide all the links to needed information when trying to create a picture of a district. The hard part is determining whether it’s a good fit for what you are looking for in a future position.
